Enjoy your extra 'bendiness', but look after the injuries.
Be a dolphin, sea-lion or whale ~ warm water pools, rivers and seas are your friend. If you want children have them. You can teach them what you have learnt. Its not all in your head! You are highly tuned into your uncooperative body. Be gentle and kind to yourself and those that love you but don’t always get it. Spend time with nature in anyway you can.
