About the Event
These peer support groups are somewhere you can openly chat to other members who have similar issues and experiences– people who just ‘get it’. A chance to share hints and tips on managing hypermobility related issues, and discuss treatments/therapies.
This support group meeting is in-person!
At Colchester’s Firstsite Modern Art Gallery, a beautiful, accessible and free venue. Gathering at the Brambles cafe inside the gallery, with a lovely outside terrace area (if the weather is kind). Come share your hypermobility story or just be with other people that get it! Hypermobility Syndromes Association leaflets and a paid forward tea or coffee.
