Free to members - £3 for non-members. Note this session is open to both patients and professionals. Professionals are very welcome but the event is intended more to provide insights into the patient experience and is targeted mainly at those affected.
This session will be led by Anna Hurley-Wallace. Anna is a health researcher and psychologist based at the University of Bristol, Musculoskeletal Research Unit.
Anna's work focuses on understanding the experiences of people with long-term joint pain and designing new ways to help them reduce the impact of pain on their lives. Anna has lived experience of symptomatic hypermobility, although she has worked with a variety of people with other painful conditions, such as arthritis and fibromyalgia.
