About the Event
This session will be led by the brilliant Jo Southall (Occupational Therapist) and awesome Kim Clayden (Psychotherapist) – both of whom have lived experience and really ‘get it’. Jo and Kim will give a broad overview of hypermobility, the possible causes and the ways it may affect you. They’ll also talk about the signs you may missed (do you regularly catch your sleeve on a door handle too 😊?) and would love this part of the session to be interactive and hear about your experiences. They will also provide recommendations for on things to look out for, how to navigate life events, practical tips and advice on simple things you can do to look after yourself – whether you are mildly or seriously affected. They will also talk about diagnosis and how to handle appointments.
Kim Clayden is a clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. Members following our Facebook page and groups…
