Following a couple of cancellations (wildfires in July, TMJ-Bot's crepe bandage crown in August) it's been a while but we're hoping September's event will go ahead as normal .

About the Event
Each month (usually on the third Thursday) - our independent OT Jo Southall goes live at seven (GMT).*
If you have a problem, if no one else can help, ...maybe you can ask the HMSA Team OT! Planning, pacing, joint protection, mobility aids, and self-management - you wouldn’t believe how many things can be made so much easier with a bendy OT’s input!
This is run via Teams (the links for the upcoming sessions are below - and can be viewed in your browser without downloading an app). You can join the broadcast and ask your Occupational Therapy questions live using the chat function.
If you cannot make it to the live session, do not worry, all videos are available to replay in your own time too.
