HMSA - Friday Night Breathing and Meditation
Free to members - £8 for non-members. Take an hour for yourself. Get your weekend off to a relaxing start withour breathing and meditation session using yoga/Pilates techniques. Breath, relax and let the stresses of the week fade away. Led by Pilates expert and HMSA Group Leader - Mehret Hope.

About the Event
We all breathe all the time... but have you thought about the importance of how we breathe and the difference breathing techniques and patterns can make. This hour-long practical session will help to get your weekend off to a relaxing start.
We are excited to announce this new series of quarterly breathing sessions - FREE TO MEMBERS, £8 for non-members.
The session will be led by our one of our fantastic Local Group Leaders who is also an experienced Pilates Instructor - Mehret Hope.
This session is open to all - free to HMSA members, £8 for non-members.
This will be run on zoom and you can chat with Mehret and the team via the comments!
