About the Event

We are thrilled to announce that Emilia, our OT student on placement with the HMSA will lead a body doubling session on 1st April from 7pm-8pm.

NB: Ticket numbers will be limited so book as soon as you can :)

Body doubling is a way of doing tasks alongside another person or other people. Come and join us to find out more.

The idea of the session is that, by doing activities alongside others, we create a space that helps us stay focused and productive on our chosen thing. This could be anything from your favourite craft activity (that you never seem to have time for), cleaning the kitchen or doing some life admin. The choice is entirely up to you. This technique is commonly used in the neurodivergent community but can be helpful for everyone.

Cameras will be encouraged but absolutely not mandatory, and you're welcome to join in…
