HMSA is expanding and getting busier! We are looking for a volunteer administrator who thrives on solving problems and helping others. Our charity works online using Microsoft 365 and other meeting software such as Zoom so you can work from the comfort of your own home. 

You'll be reporting to the Executive Manager and working with a group of Team Leaders so variety is guaranteed. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Communicating with relevant team leaders and other volunteers
  • Assisting with production of printed and online materials
  • Arranging meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times online
  • Taking minutes at Board Meetings
  • Answering emails 
  • Assists in planning and arranging events
  • Drafts, formats, forwards and (when necessary) prints relevant documents
  • Attends workshops and conferences when requested
  • Help Team Leaders with administrative requests
  • Assist on HR administration
  • Collation and collection of data from Team Leaders
