Sheila Billings MSc MCSP, conducting a PhD with the University of Hertfordshire, is investigating  ”The impact of hypermobile EDS  and related physiotherapy from the perspectives of primary school children aged 5-11, their parents and paediatric physiotherapists”. Recruitment for this study has been suspebded due to the Covid19 emergency and we hope to reopen in 2021.

She proposes to give children a camera with which to document their daily lives with hEDS/gHSD, followed by a chat about the pictures they've taken. She'll also be speaking to Parents/Guardians about caring for a Primary School child.
