All Regions Support Group Meeting (December) Members

For this December gathering, we’ve planned a relaxed, cosy social session to ease into the season together. Feel free to come along in your PJs, cosy jumper, or anything that makes you feel comfy.

It’ll be a gentle space to connect, unwind, share, and support one another across all regions.

These peer support groups are somewhere you can openly chat to other members who have similar issues and experiences– people who just ‘get it’. A chance to share hints and tips on managing  hypermobility related issues, and discuss treatments/therapies.
