Silly me - can't remember how to change/edit my user details

I know I can change my details as I've done it before but today must be a forgetful day. How can I access my details in order to alter them? Thank you

At the top right of the frameis a little icon labelled 'User Control Panel'. Is this what you are looking for?

Diagnosed HEDS December 1st 2005. DD1 (20) HEDS and scoliosis (now corrected by surgery), diagnosed June 2006. DD2 (18) mild HMS. Son (11) some hypermobile joints, poor muscle strength and seems to be developing scoliosis as well, woopee!
