Shah,
you poor thing sounds like you need some TLC. lots of gentle hugs
Don't be afraid to take some time off, and make a list of things you need help with at home, give your other half an ultimatum, otherwise you will end up in a real crisis. I always find things like hoovering, bed making and hanging up laundry the hardest. You need to learn how to pace yourself, and be strong you deserve the best.
There are lots of things you can do to help with the fatigue, I use a supportive seat in the car and at home and that has helped enormously, also wearing tube bandages on my knees and ankles at night, wearing orthotics, taking adequate rest etc.
All the best and keep your hopes up xxx
