Me too!!! Trying to stick to fruit after dinner. Stacey doesn't eat much fruit. But she's up to managing a km on the exercise bike which is great! I over done it after nagging her not to, now my knees are killing me, so only done 500m today, will jump back on before bed though.
We're on cereal for brekkie, sarnie and yoghurt for lunch, sensible dinner. Just really cut out the snacking, cut out all butter (apart from on mash). It's also giving Stacey the exercise by walking up to mine to collect her dinner, not a great distance but more than she's used to, and quite a lot given how her knees are atm. So not really dieting but more sensible eating. We've got to the time of year where it's an easy excuse not to cook and to have salad with everything so that helps
Will be easier when she's allowed to do more exercise. Have told her to take some porridge down for breakfast too, and I'm planning on porridge for brekkie tomorrow, one of those rare days where I have the morning to myself.
