Hi Donna,

I think I did both

Hi,

I know I get anxious about details so probs just fretting needlessly, but have the menus gone out? I am just worried in case mine gets lost in the post and I don't realise.

Also, when do we find out all the details like what time to arrive and what room we are in etc? First time on a residential so not really sure how it all works. I do know I have made myself a list of stuff to take such as my wheelchair charger (cos husband will kill me if it goes flat and he has to push), but not sure whether I will need to bring stuff like a toilet seat raiser or whether the room will have one, so guessing once I know my room number I can ring the hotel and check what it does/doesn't have

Thanks :)

When do we have to pay by? I can pay the rest in full but I'm skint until, like, halfway through this month - scared I'll miss it and get chucked out

AFAIK August is the deadline.

Edit: Just checked further up the thread and it said can pay in installments up to 4 weeks before which makes it 10th August at the latest. Hope that helps.
