Hiya
I was wondering if anybody knows any kind of supports to wear when you're sleeping, I seem to sleep on my front and twist my hands into the strangest positions when I sleep. I'm 99% sure that this is what leads to my dead uncooperative hands in the morning, even now after being awake over 2 hours they're still feeling not quite right. It seems to be worse if I've not slept well or enough, or have slept too much, so I can't work out if the amount of sleep affects it or if it is squashing my hands into strange positions when i'm asleep!
Once they've woken up my hands seem generally ok, very, very clicky, quite weak, occasional wayward little fingers, but not painful so I dont mind too much! My little fingers are worse than normal, I've just got the other ones crossed that its just a blip and they'll be ok instead of something else I'm gonig to have to live with!
Do any of you find this, and has anyone found anything that helps?
Kirsty
