Well done Alexis!

I am really pleased with myself because I am continuing with my de-cluttering, I sorted my wardrobe and bookshelf today it now all makes sense and my bookshelf no longer stresses me out (books were in a really random order and didn't look right). I've got 3 carrier bags of stuff to go to the charity shop and half a black bag of rubbish so far and have barely started! 2hrs of tidying was done and am now tired and rewarding myself with tv and world of warcraft :shifty:

I lost 3.5lb in my first week of dieting! I'm hoping I can continue on this level as it seriously helps the motivation!!!!

Sheppey - have you ever heard of "Fly Lady"?! I vaguely followed some of her ideas last year & it helped me declutter & I'm a total hoarder! Slightly annoying but helped me get into some good habits.

Well done with the decluttering anyway, it's a hard job!

Thanks Natalie,

I did another 2 hours sorting again today. Have now finished one corner of my bedroom, next session we are going to tackle under the bed stuff  Will sort through my clothes in my drawers as well see if I can get rid of any of those too. Now up to 4 charity bags and 1 black bag. My desk area is so tidy now

Well I think I can safely say that Abi and I survived a very exhausting week at the BSR in Glasgow! We learnt an awful lot, caught up with medical Advisors and networked into exhaustion!!! but we did it. A year ago I vowed never to do anything like this again but it was fun and the tiredness lasted a couple of days instead of weeks,,,so pacing and becoming strong does help I promise!

On another positive note..my hubby is over the moon to have got me on a plane. Believe me it was a case of lesser of two evils; in that driving from Plymouth to Glasgow filled me with horror! And guess what.... I am hooked on flying now..I never wanted it to finish! Even better I survived the gales on the way to Glasgow and strong winds on the way back.

I want to say a very non-patronising well done to Abs as well. She worked very hard and was a pleasure to be with all week. I also missed Sheppeys birthday and I am extremely sorry for that..so belated one from me!

 yay for overcoming flying fears!! well done
I am pleased with myself today cos when a man at the bus stop asked about my "broken leg" I actually gave a brief description of hms rather than the normal and deliberatly vague "oh its a long term thing" that I usually answer with. I then ended up having a conversation with him about how he re-locates his shoulders and hips when they dislocate etc, and he seemed surprised that there could be an actual cause to his bendy joints playing up. It felt good to help point someone else in the direction of this website, and to a possible diagnosis.

I am still smiling, having survived a two day Ofsted inspection at school
I think a weekend with absolutely nothing to do is just what is required now.

I'm pleased with myself because I managed to drive all the way to Plymouth in one go!! In fairness, had I stopped I don't think I'd have got bk in the car tho! My bf's mum is still in hospital so it was really necessary & I did it. Xx

we went to bristol vegfest and had a great time, was a bit wary because I've been feeling so rough lately. Glad that we did go though so many tasty foods we tried today!

I have spent the weekend painting piggybanks and am really pleased with them. I'm considering selling them and people have already asked to buy them. Yay! If anyone is interested you can either pm me or look at my facebook page

I spent ages this morning washing and preparing salad and healthy snacks to aid my diet! Have joined weight watchers so I can begin to loose some of the weight I put on while pregnant. So far all is going well and I haven't felt hungry at all!
