My pre admission assessment went very well today at stanmore and it was lovely to meet up with people I knew there.

From what I was told the programme has been improved and looks very good now. :D

Anyone else find that with all the physio and extra activity while they are at Stanmore that their night time pain has got worse? My night time pain has got a fair bit worse and I have been struggling to sleep through the night because as soon as start drifting off a muscle will spasm and wake me up :eh:
