Hi everyone!
Hope someone can give me some advice with this one or at least can relate.
I have HMS EDS II and of course suffer from pain all over really but last night felt one of the worst pains I've ever felt with my HMS. I got up from my living room to go up to bed and felt sharp pain in both sides of my lower hips which I can also really feel in my buttocks. I was quite alarmed as I've done nothing strenuous, it just came over me all of a sudden. I had no sleep last night as I couldn't find a position to support my hips without them hurting, it feels really sharp when I lie on them and almost like there's pressure making me want to lie on my back. It's really hard to explain so sorry if I'm coming across pretty vague

.
Got up this morning and physically couldn't get up out of the bed as I couldn't put pressure on my hips without feeling pain, I had to get onto my stomach and push myself up until I was on my knees, jeez I feel 90 and I'm only 19!!!
Went downstairs as I'm taking a break from work at the moment and literally hobbled along. It's not too bad now I'm sat down it's when I start to walk I feel like I can't put any pressure what so ever on my hips, feels pretty awful and it just got me worried as it's affecting my walking more than anything. Dreading getting into bed tonight now to be honest. Had this pain before a few months ago it's almost as if my hips are so stiff it prevents me from walking, can anyone relate to this or does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be?
Thanks guys, T x
