barkingmad wrote:ok due to the refurbishment of Hothorpe Hall we have only 3 'enabled' rooms. So I cant take any further bookings on this type of room, however I do have ground floor rooms and rooms accessible ia a lift, so if people think they can manage please do let me know on admin@hypermobility.org

i can manage lifts so long as my wheelchair can fit in my room as well.

You are all brilliant for letting me know but I dont know who you are by your usernames! :lol:

Email me on admin@hypermobility.org

I have to confess that we are now nearly full. I will know for sure by the end of the weekend but we will of course take day delegate bookings.

Day Delegate bookings include the following;
Friday attending and networking followed by dinner and a small AGM
Saturday, breakfast, coffees etc, lunch and dinner and all the lectures/workshops etc
Sunday breakfast, lunch and everything in between.

The real difference is that we cant accomodate in the bedrooms. Unless people are happy to sleep on sofa beds. Then I can fit a lot more people in. I will speak to the trustees about possibly offering a discounted rate for sofa beds.

TC Donna

PS It is better to email me on admin@hypermobility.org as I dont always get a chance to pop in here!

right I have definitely only a few beds left. If you want sofa beds then there will be a small reduction in price. Please email me on admin@hypermobility.org

or alternatively consider Day Delegates.

I thought it would be less stressful allowing bookings this early...how wrong was I! :lol:

Sorry Tabi but I dont seem to have had an email from you. I thought it was strange that you hadnt booked.

Can you all be aware that if you weren't in current membership at the time the newsletters went out with the Residential Weekend booking forms then it isnt the office or helpline staffs fault that you didnt receive the member's priority booking benefit. Please also remember that as it stands with the current renewing process , office and helpline staff dont get notified by the membership team if someone has decided to renew after two months of the last newsletter going out (which works out to be roughly 4 months out of date membership).

The staff are doing their best to send out forms as they are being requested. There are bound to be people who unfortunately cannot be included on this Residential Weekend and we can only promise to ensure that the next event will be held at a bigger venue if possible.

Tabi I have pm'd you. :bye:
