as an update on this, we are tsill having a problem
Please can everyone who makes a payment without talking to the Membership Secretary please complete a new membership form. Even if you are renewing, you could just write contact details, so we can check we have up to date details and then in the first text box put 'renewing and no changes'. If you have new diagnoses or symptoms please do include them as they are important to the data we supply professionals.
Also we seem to be getting a lot of membership forms completed online with no payment. We cant process a membership without payment, so please do contact the Membership team if there is a problem with how you want to pay or alternatively send in a cheque/postal order at the same time. If you would prefer standing order forms please email
membership@hypermobility.org and Jeff will send one out either by email or post.
