It's about 10 minutes in, right after they treat the drunk girl - unless they have removed it which would be something, I guess. But they still showed it on National Prime Time Television.

Just checked, nope it's still there :( :x And the BBC are fully capable of deleting a scene from a show on iplayer if they want to - just shows they don't give a fig about us.

Edit: lol, I was a bit too slow ^

Its at 10mins 20 sec for the next 20 sec - they only say EDS quietly and she goes in and janks his shoulder and walks out. It is definitely still there and I have had no response from them yet - but they have put a public response to a top gear episode that was shown more recently!

It might be a good thing that they haven't replied yet, it could mean that they are still in the process of researching EDS before responding to us either privately or publicly... whoever deals with the complaint probably has very little knowledge of EDS, so hopefully if they actually spend time reading about the condition, they will understand just how wrong they were. I think with the amount of people who have complained, we have a very good chance of getting a public response.
Top Gear probably gets lots of complaints every week, so they might even prepare a reply in advance

They have not even acknowledged my complaint as yet. Hopefully it won't take long.

Will be interesting to know what they say. The BBC werent too helpful over their 'factual' report on HMS on Panaroma so I sincerely hope you all do hear.

I am debating about watching it and writing in from the HMSA as well.
