it might as well be. Sometimes just rebooting the router and resetting everything is enough and that's one of the first things that BT will get you to do...beleive me, I've spent hours on the phone to them trying to get Mum's sorted. I finally managed to talk her into moving to cable

If you do have to phone the helpline just

that you get the helpdesk up here and not the one in india
