Emma I'm with you on the wrist thing too. My left wrist was one of the first of my joints to start dislocating (one of the little bones, when it goes the rest move about to try and take up the space!) and went undiagnosed for 10+ years

My bizarre injury is that I managed to knacker both elbows and right thumb writing notes for OU course. Decided today after subluxing thumb about 6 times on a 2 min car journey that tomorrows 3ish hour drive isn't going to go well with thumb in current state so went to the local community hospital and grabbed a physio who's now given me a lovely "skin" coloured wrist/thumb splint

Also got told off for not re-referring myself since regular physio discharged me...like 2 weeks ago and it was an emergency!
