I am not trying to sound deliberately stupid here but how do I say Ehlers correctly please? Is it pronounced ay-lers or eth-lers and is Danlos pronounced phonetically just Dan-loss? A physio diagnosed me as having EDS, and as that it is the first time anyone has diagnosed me with EDS (I had been diagnosed hypermobile before), I don't know how to say it.

i always say it as 'ellers danlos syndrome', my gp always says it as 'aylers danlos sydrome'... urm i dunno you say tomayto i say tomato

on one of those online medical dictionaries it states the pronunciation as: Ä′lÄ•rz dahn-los′
i just pronounce it like jo-jo as its easier. or just call it EDS!

Apparently it's like air (as in fresh air) lers - in other words Jo-Jo is right.
