...recovering from sore throat and a cough, and another migraine - 2 in the last 3 days, I'm so fed up with them. And still have phenomenal back ache, don't know what I did to set that off. But on the plus side, I have put together my new kitchen stool and tried it out and I could almost hear my joints saying 'thank you' :D

TIMB- Another busy one here, probably will be for the next 12 weeks. Stacey's started her phototherapy for her psoriasis, so 3 times a week for the next 12 weeks. But if her legs weren't so bad, she'd be able to walk, not been assessed for her wheelchair yet either so muggins will have to drive her over.

Really can't thank the guys enough for coming up to the focus group, it had hit Stacey really hard on the Tuesday, spent almost 24 hours crying, seeing all the guys in Glasgow gave her a lot of hope for the future. She's much more optimistic about things now, and also got her appointment through to see the surgeon who does the ligament reconstruction. Still not sure if it's going to be worthwhile, but atm she's really bad. So it's something she'll need to think about carefully. Appointment's not until Jan so should give her a few weeks to think of the questions she wants to ask him :)

Feeling fedup and demotivated. I have been pacing myself now for weeks trying to get ready for Christmas and despite all that constant pacing my right side from neck down has gone into spasm. Feel very scared as last year at Christmas I had a very bad episode and ended up drugged up and missed Christmas entirely (well 5 days actually!) - apart from being woken up, somehow eating and drinking a bit then going back to sleep, knocked out on heavy duty prescription meds. Poor DH had to entertain the kids and my Mum and Dad and keep house on his own. I have tried soooo hard to get through this period without major injury too. :(

Hope everyone else is feeling ok in this very busy time of year.

Timb.. starting to feel dreadful. My voice is really raspy, throat hurts, ears feel bunged up with cotton wool, exhausted, swinging between boiling hot to freezing cold, heart rate and BP all over the place. I'm supposed to be going to cinema group tomorrow, really hope that I can go because we are planning on seeing The Hobbit. I've really been looking forward to it. Also supposed to be going to a group christmas party on Thursday. I'll try to get plenty of rest tonight in the hope that I'll be ok tomorrow and that it doesn't get worse

TIMB recovering from last night. Was doing the sleep in at work but didnt get any sleep. one of the residents was unwell from 45mins after the second person when off shift. He puked all night till about 3 in the morning when things were just not right so 999 it and he was admitted.
Called manager who lives 45 mins away. she got in, in record time, so then had to get a taxi over to the hospital to support as the manager hasnt got a clue about the resident.
So I didnt get home3 till 10.30 so had been awake for over 24 hours have had a few hours sleep, phoned work checked on what is happening (bless he will be in for at least 2 night)

So climbing into the attic attempt to get the xmas tree out the loft AGAIN cos it didnt happen the other day, when my sister gets home to help.

Hugs to all
I feel like a bowl of Rice Cripsies!! I'm snap, crackling, popping everywhere!
