Been busy today doing a tombola. Gave bradley a walk before going. Harleydog has just got back from walking him tonight. He is settling quite well.

TIMB fairly relaxed and planning for a very busy week.
Sunday xmas dinner, snooker and x factor final (so late night)
Monday MH support groups and karaoke (another late night), also sorting my flat out for 2 hours
Tuesday, more sorting for 2 hours of my flat
Wednesday, urgent care plan review (gotta think how to word it) and another xmas meal in the evening
Thursday, seeing the hobbit (1st viewing plan to see it again the week after) and another xmas meal (late night)
Friday resting or crashing, hopefully sorting out the hallway.
Saturday trip to Birmingham to meet up with friends, a friend of mine has offered to drive. :)

Timb.. happy! Went to a party that was held by a trans group that I attend. It had been quite a while since I had seen some of the people from there. Only a slight blip towards the end where I felt rather faint. A few near faints on the way home and just after I got back. Had a wonderful time though and won a few prizes in the raffle  We put up our decorations today and so far the cats haven't demolished them  Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

Hope you are feeling better soon Cracker. I am wondering how long it will be before I start feeling less exhausted. Since this flu I am permanently tired. My knee and wrist are very sore.

TIMB suffering from a stinking headache. Could be lack of caffeine, the Weather or the fact I had to put an old pair of glasses (fell asleep with glasses on and lost them in the bed, then couldn't see them cos they blended in with the blanket and didn't have any glasses on).

I have officially finished xmas shopping as well went to Coventry today and got the last bits. Now to get the tree out of the attic space with my sister tomorrow, and get the table for the tree to go on out of the garage. Tree on eye level with 3 hounds = indoor loo, new toys.
I feel like a bowl of Rice Cripsies!! I'm snap, crackling, popping everywhere!

TIMB - Still recovering from the focus group in Glasgow. Was excellent and a big thanks to the HMSA guys for coming up to educate us all. Was well worth it though.

Jess have u recently went caffeine free? I had some blinders when I first went caffeine free. Now I limit myself to one real cup of coffee and a day and it's settled it :)

Timb... exhausted! Had a long day in London yesterday. I have also been tidying and sorting the bedroom today, 5.5hrs in small chunks. It is now lovely and tidy, have hoovered. 2 black bags of rubbish and a load of recycling came out of my room. Preparing the flat for when the inlaws and mum come over for christmas day. If I get the flat tidy now all we will have to do closer to the time is the last few bits (polishing, hoovering etc). I hope everyone is doing well.

TIMB putting up the tree and then going to work for 24 hours.

I worked out what my headache was from, I had a latte at the hospital on Thursday morning before eating. So the caffeine was in my system really quickly and I didn't have any major caffeine yesterday.

Hugs to all
