I know, right! There is a contact number for them but unfortunately I have no phone at the moment... silly landlord.

Thanks :)

But I'm assuming they wouldn't have a clue about Shopmobility in London...

If Bristol shopmobility is one of the ones that allows you to borrow a chair for a couple of days (my local doesn't, but I know some do) then you could take the chair with you to London?

With the Bristol one, you do need to put a £50 deposit down which you get back, yes you can have it for more than just the day. I took the shopmobility one when I went away for the weekend in Brighton as mine is knackered and it worked out rather well. It only costs £5 a day :)

You can take the electric ones?
The problem with the manual chairs is that my upper body is just as bad as the lower, so I'd have to rely on someone pushing me. This is what my tutor suggested for the museum but I strongly feel that it's not the responsibility of any of my classmates to do that.
Ah, but then I'd feel bad for taking one that I don't need to use the whole time...

I was debating whether or not to go to London at all but I think I'm going to do what teaspoon suggested and hire one from Bristol for a couple of days.

Thanks for the advice guys :)
