he wasnt really being unreasonable, he's actually a really good coah, but he was trying to encourage to me try it without a mat at a much lower height. i think it was actually ME bouncing too high that caused my injury.
i'm just so fed up with the whole situation, i dont HAVE a physio or a consultant, i'm supposed to be seeing prof g in june for my first appt, but i've already been told i have HMS by 2 physios (was having physio for scoliosis), several GP's and an ortho. the only treatment i'm having at the moment is an enormous prescription for co-codamol

and i'm trying to sort all of this out on my own, i'm a few hundred miles from my parents and they arent up for helping me. just getting an appt with prof g has been a nightmare, icant imagine having to do this stuff for the rest of my life.
i'm only 18 and i just feel like an old lady, its not fair that i can't jump on a trampoline like everyone else
