it proper hit me today too.... i was just starting to think i'd gotten off lightly (i'd only suffered a little, nothing like i expected to hurt). today my body let me know that getting out of bed wasnt an option and i'd be bedbound for much of the day, bar crawling to the loo. luckily i'd had the common sense to have been putting a few ensure drinks and a few little bottles of water and electrolyte tablets by my bed since i got back from the resi, just in case so i had fluids and food.... and the cat has her biscuits always out so she was fine. :shifty:

but i felt like death almost all day today, up until about 6 or 7pm when the pain lifted. i'm sure if i hadnt obeyed and stayed in bed the hit by a truck sensation wouldnt have lifted so quickly! i think i really really needed sleep.... i feel sooo much better now, back to what i was feeling on monday and tues so i think i need to be careful to not keep pushing like i was on mon and tues as i suspect my bed day may make an appearance over the next few days if i dont rest properly tomorrow and friday!

and this is an odd- hit by a bus feeling, it hurts like heck and i feel sick but i dont care! usually i'd be feeling really low and upset when i get like this but theres none of it this time...... probably cos it feels so worth it cos i'd had an awesome weekend!

Blergh.... I got hit by the bus on monday and ignored it on tuesday so a fleet of buses knocked me down, now I am stuck in bed but it was worth it as I had fun shopping with my brother :D

I have to go sleep now.

I most often have this in the morning, if it's cold, or if I'm really stressed. It's the worst.

Good grief. I'm properly feeling it today. Not helping that it's freezing outside. I don't mind the cold normally, but this is that damp, pervading cold that seeps into your bones and makes everything stiff and sore. Gah!

I really need to go somewhere hot and lie in the sun for a week. Meh. :help:
