ideally you need to be fitted by an orthotist who may even make some, like they did mine.
With mine they need to be tightened at night by my partner otherwise they dont stop me turning my forearms in the night. Mine are for wrists and elbows and it was a nightmare having them made...it involved three members of staff! one each to help hold my arms in position whilst I was wrapped in plaster of parris!
Always see an orthotist if you can because they can make a huge difference!
