Hi all
I am sure we used to have a post to tell you how to do this but I can't find it! So, I am a little to admit I can't remember what to do, but can some kind person remind me please? I have photobucket if that is needed.

Diagnosed HEDS December 1st 2005. DD1 (20) HEDS and scoliosis (now corrected by surgery), diagnosed June 2006. DD2 (18) mild HMS. Son (11) some hypermobile joints, poor muscle strength and seems to be developing scoliosis as well, woopee!

Hi Rosie
All your pictures on Photo bucket will have a URL (web address). If you click on the button marked 'Img' above the box you type your message in, then insert the web address of the photo between the [ img] tags, that should do it.
so to get this image
the code would look like this
[ img]http://mking30.googlepages.com/banana.jpg[/img]
^without this space
