As part of preparation for my gender reassignment surgery (metoidioplasty), they are now recommending viagra for a few months before the surgery to all patients. I have really low blood pressure and am worried that the viagra would exacerbate my pots type symptoms (haven't had an official diagnosis of pots but GP thinks I have it) . Worry, worry
