Only been to the gym once this week because I've been out a lot and been doing a lot of pushing myself in the chair. Not quite a week on the GI diet yet so will see what happens. Yesterday I didn't really stick to the plan but it says in the book that 80-90% sticking to it is fine so gave myself the day off at the beach

All the other days I stuck to it though so hopefully the one day didn't muck it all up. The one thing I have found is I'm not getting the low blood sugar shakes and headaches as I'm eating every couple of hours, eating lots of low GI fruits, veggies and upped my protein and wholegrains as well
