Well done Sheppey :D

i had most of December off, oops. I started again last Monday and was 11st 2lbs, now i'm 11st 1lb so heading back in the right direction. I've set myself the goal og 10st 6lbs, that's the weight i was when i got married and i was quite happy at that size.

Start Weight: 15st 5.6lbs/215.6lbs/97.8kg
Latest Weigh in: 02/03/2013
Latest Weight: 14st 3.6lbs/199.6lbs/90.5kg
Difference: 1st 11.6lbs/25.4lbs/11.5kg

Recovering from surgery but still slowly losing the weight. Aiming to be 12st by the end of the year.
