which reminds me...please remember that we cant accomodate wheelchairs or scooters in disabled rooms at the last minute. Rooms are already allocated and we always do our best to accomodate people but we are restricted by the rooms available.

Here are the Bracelets that I have been doing for HMSA for the last few years. I have also done a new design that is current to the lastest fashion.

There are Blue in the main knotting and have different base cord colours (blue, Black, Purple)

If you would like me to put one by for you and pay and collect from me at the residential. I wont have a stand but I will have the bag with me most of the time.

If anyone needs a ride, I am driving from King's Lynn through Peterborough, I am happy to go a fair bit out of my way to pick anyone up. Just me in the car so I'll have plenty of room.

Sorry Tabi I only just found out myself that I got a place. If you can get a refund on your train tickets I can take you - just be prepared for plenty of stops on the way for stretching!

Just a reminder to everyone that the office is only physically manned a few hours each week. Although we do try to keep the helpline covered as much as possible it is affected when staff are ill or on holiday. Please also remember that all volunteers and staff who work for the HMSA also have EDS and some also have fibro..we know we aren't perfect but we do our best to help where we can and ususally dont get paid for the priviledge. Staff and volunteers should not be made to feel bad by members who have tried calling the helpline several times! That is not fair so please treat them with respect!

Its going to be my first time on the residential and I will be attending alone. Is there going to be any kind of meet and greet at the start of the weekend? I'm assuming that I will be sharing a room with someone but don't know anyone. Suppose I won't know this til I arrive on the friday? I am a bit anxious that I don't know anyone but looking forward to the weekend.

Is anyone driving up from the Bristol area or slightly south? Was wondering if someone (over the age of 25) would be
willing to share the driving with me? I will pay for 1/2 the petrol in return.

Is there a bar available to buy alcohol? Apart from the stalls is their anything else that I may need to pay extra for?
If so do you take cards?

Do you have an orientation or similar session? So overloaded im unable to read the information sent to me at the moment grrr.
If it could be emailed to me offlist then i can enlarge it or print it in larger print onto paper.

Please can people stop ringing Hothorpe Hall about any dietary needs. They are extremely busy and will not alter a booking which the HMSA has made. The food is being organised by a chef with personal experiences of dietary needs including allergy reactions. He is well aware of all issues and is planning to label the food so that people are aware at each meal. Any discussions should take place with the HMSA who will answer any questions. BW HMSA
