I checked mine and it says until either you say it has changed or they do have the right to check every few years but in essence - life.
There is also one other big advantage - if you are on ths level it means you get the benefit after 65 wheras for most people it is replaced by lesser benefits after that.

Well I was orginally awarded dla for 2 years, it's just come up for renewal so filled in all the forms, they wrote to my consultant and gp. It's come back and been reawarded but for 2 years again.
I have been checking here all the time to see if you got a result lol

Anyone that hasnt cracked it yet, keep going guys! it's worth it, far better than 40mg of amatriptaline any day of the week, its such a weight off my mind!
