Hi Sammy,

that is very kind of you. I for one would be very interested on how you progress. :D

After yesterday I feel a lot better! I slept without sweats. I felt like I could get up and make a cup of tea without dying and my stomach pain has gone. The physical pain is still bad but if I am thinking right, it will be better tomorrow. I spoke to my reflex and he made a good point that 'normal' people usually feel a bit worse but in my case it is exaggerated! I have decided to carry on with the sessions but if I really feel a big improvement it is going to take a lot longer than a 'normal' person. If I can get anything it is a so much needed feeling of well-being! With that I can hold my sense of humour and live for the little things. xxxxxxxx

Another interesting thing about reflex is when you have a sore point touched it feels like a nail is being dug in!! Also having points touched on for a minute? or less feels like heavy bruising. xxxxxxx

Hi all

I like reflexology simply because I find it relaxing having my feet gently massaged. I was amazed to find that when she worked her way to the various parts of the foot that are linked to parts of the body, she could create a 'buzzing' feeling both in my foot and in the affected joint. As a sceptic I was most impressed.

:bye:

My fourth session and I think it it starting to have a positive effect. I didn't feel so ill afterwards and feel better in myself. I'm sleeping a lot and think that is a healing process. For me it is not a pain killer but it seems to be clearing out the toxins and I don't feel heavy and ill so much. A lot of years of meds have had a negative effect on me and it has been quite a clearing out process!! A very interesting issue came up. I have been wondering for a while about Pots and out of the blue was asked by my therapist if I have a problem with my heart!!!! I nearly fell off the couch!!!!!! I have also started new meds and it sent my bowels awol! He sussed it all out. I am soooooooo impressed!!!!!

My sixth session today. I had gaps so it has been a while. My fifth session was a bomb blast. My shoulders used to keep me stirring in my sleep but it all got blown away last week. I have to say it each time. When you have a clear out session it hurts a lot more after. I had treatment on Sunday but didn't feel better til Thursday. No more pain in my shoulders. Today was very different. None of the usual feelings from the clearance points. My feet and legs stayed still. The figuring behind this is it has actually cleared my blockages. Wey hey!!! Reflex for me is not a pain killer but an organ balancer. I felt sick for years and unstable internally. That has stopped. I feel a lot better internally and that has helped me to move. I actually got out last week because I didn't feel like I was going to hit the floor. I do recommend Reflexology but you will feel awful for a while. Get to the other side and you will know why you did it! I am keeping it up and intend to stay tuned! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi everyone,
I have reflexology every week... bliss. I was very sceptical the first time I went but now I go every week or two. My reflexologist always knows where the pain is and even know when 'm feeling a bit depressed, don't ask me how! A few months ago after a treatment she told me there was a problem in my left breast, a few days later I was sitting in A & E with a huge abcess in it! There's definately something to it. IF nothing else it's very relaxing and I always sleep very deeply when I've treament and I haven't slept well since I was 15, due to the pain and severe 24/7 Restless Leg Syndrome.
I would recommend it to everyone, it's worth every penny.

i started to go back to a reflexologist after two years of being dx with pots. i must say that its lovely, a gorgeous feeling to spend an hour with someone gently speaking to me and massaging my feet. its such a calming feeling, although i do experienced pain whilst she is massaging my feet, its almost a nice pain. afterwards and for the rest of the day i feel like im floating, a number of times i will say, this feels lovely out loud!!!!

i see a reflex near croydon, i dont know whether that would of any help.
