I wear the Phiten Necklace which I found about via Paula Radcliffe's website. I got mine off ebay (still in packaging so new) for about three pounds at the time.

The clip seems hard to undo, since putting it on I have been unable to ever remove it  although I dare say I will have to figure it out before my next round of scans in december. I suppose the clip is so tough to withstand being worn through sleep, showers, swimming, running, etc.

I think looking back that over a time period it seemed to work a bit in the area of which it is, but as such I feel like it has 'worn off' or something.

I do not think there is anything about them that could make things worse, as such I theorise it either does something as a short term help, or nothing at all. Anything worse I imagine is just usual worse unrelated so I would not feel bad for recommending them , but i think some people regard it as tricky to reccommend because it can be viewed as placebo or supersticious in articles i have read regarding it.

How big are the bracelets as I have really skinny wrists and hand and tend to loose them often haha they just fall off.

Hi

Was a bit sceptical about trying these but now a convert! Kept eye on eBay for bargain ones and certainly bracelet helped so got a necklace too. Takes the edge off. I'm sure everyone is different but I thought anything was worth a try and comfy to wear forget they are on half the time. Brilliant that they come in various sizes colours etc one to suit all styles.

EMF protection does make difference - for me at least . ( i have a large salt lamp ) and am sensitive to electronics / electrical things ( including some humans :) )

Also have a Q-link ? necklace..

beeswax seemed to have beneficial effect for me too - esp when I used to go out and need to create my own " space "

again anything that either protects against EMF / produce negative ions seems to help

These sound really good, if I see one I might have to buy it. I've got a magnetic bracelet which I love and does help but the backing on the back of the magnets is starting to peel off so it's irritating my wrist a little bit now :( so it's good to have a bracelet where that's can't happen

I had a look at these bracelets after seeing this thread on the forum and eventually got round to buying one. I have been wearing it for a week non stop and it seems to be helping. The main thing that it has helped is my thumb. I am wearing it on my right wrist as it was my right thumb I dislocated last and it has been causing a lot of pain since it happened. Since putting the bracelet on, the pain has been almost non existant. I have been able to climb without wearing my hand strap which is so much better as I have more control on what I am doing. I have also been on a bike ride and not had the usual throbbing pains in my hands the next day.
I bought the active bracelet as we thought it would be the best suited for the activities I do and for work as it has a bit of stretch to it. My other half bought one too as he sometimes gets aches after a long climbing or riding session in his arms and legs and he said he has felt a lot better since putting it on too.
I must admit that I was a bit worried about it when I first put it on thinking 'what if it didn't work' or 'what if it made things worse' but I am pleased with the results. The aches haven't completely gone but they are so much better in just a week. Both of our arms did go a bit tingly and 'dead' when we first put them on but that had gone for me by the next morning and all my other half did was switch wrists and he has been fine since.
I am going to show the website to my Mam when I see her next as she is now interested since I mentioned it. :)
