Just winding down at work this week, can't believe that the rehab programme is nearly here after a very long wait. Feels a bit like waiting for a longed-for holiday that you don't think will ever happen! I've been waiting over 18 months due to one thing or another.

I have already met a few of the rehab team as I did a programme of sorts with them as an outpatient. It was supposed to speed up the admission, but instead actually slowed it down!

Ann and Janet - what time does your letter say to arrive? Mine has four different times on it, 8 am, 8.30, 9.00 and 10.00....

Now, just to convince everyone NOT to visit in the evening. I'm sure a few people are planning to pop in on their way home from work. Part of the problem with working five minutes away from the hotel!
